Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer standard and expedited shipping options through major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Southern Boy Outfitters is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to assist where we can — reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
